I wanted to make Hubby's Valentine's Day present this year. I like to give homemade things (or at least things I have a homemade touch) - especially for Valentine's Day.
I am relatively crafty, and he's gone for a while so I have the time and freedom to make a mess without him realizing. Does anyone have any suggestions? Or places I can find suggestions?
Between being a Navy wife and having a two little ones, I've learned nothing ever goes as planned. Sometimes due to other circumstances and sometimes because I'm learning as I go. I still have a plan though.
Submarine officer in the Navy. Excellent at making me laugh, taking care of the dog, defending our country, watching Cubbie games, cleaning the bathrooms (yes, I am for real) and being my soul mate.
Me
The wife & mom. Excellent at changing diapers, shopping, planning things even when I know it's pointless, and holding the family together.
The Bear
Our big boy who is 4 years old. Excellent at creating works of art, telling knock knock jokes (well telling the same knock knock joke repeatedly), doing puzzles, telling The Monkey what to do and giving hugs.
The Monkey
The littlest member of our family who is 2 year old and full of personality. Excellent at taking things out of drawers, eating his body weight on a daily basis, racing big brother to the toys and snuggling.
The Puppy
Maltese who is not actually a puppy anymore, but gets into mischief like one. Excellent at guarding the house, running down the halls, finding all the food Monkey throws and munching on toilet paper.

I'm a mom to two adorable (I think so at least) little boys. My husband is in the Navy which means our life is typically in flux. We have a crazy puppy who provides us with entertainment and socks with holes. I'm staying at home and learning this mom thing as I go.
